"Greatest Freak Out Ever 6" is a Greatest Freakout Ever episode from season.

Synopsis
Stephen and Jack's parents are gone for the weekend and Betty was taking care of Stephen and Jack. Betty wants to watch the news, when she use the cutting board to hit Stephen's eye. When Betty tells Stephen says "Well then stand up." Stephen says "No." She hits Stephen's eye I hope he'll call his mother before she'll kill somebody. Betty was cussing in their house when Stephen says "Stop cussing in my house!" it's not her house but she can't cuss. Unfortunately, Stephen was cleaning now and Betty knows to where's the phone is, Stephen may not be able to know and Betty was leaving the house.
Trivia
- Their parents weren't home for the weekend, his grandmother is taking care of Stephen and Jack, Betty and Stephen have been getting into it all weekend.
- Stephen and his grandmother are watching TV.
- Betty passed away 3 1/2 years after this video was filmed.
- There is another version of "Greatest Freak Out Ever 6" floating around YouTube where Jack pulls a prank on Stephen while Stephen's grounded (due to him breaking the microwave in the previous episode).
Continuity
- This is the 2nd time that Stephen and Jack's parents weren't home, same as the "Greatest freak out ever 4".
Errors
- Betty said that in other countries, thing is called "paddle." While in reality, it's just called "cutting board."
